Bridgit Mendler is a young popster from Mill Valley who ditched her bubblegum past by releasing “Atlantis” –the first single off her forthcoming EP, Nemesis, which drops November 4th. Co-produced by Book (Mischa Chillak) and Spencer Bastian, the song is a trip-pop ballad via dope midtempo beats, edgy experimental effects, and a velvety voice with alt-R&B swagger singing about “feeling numb after a breakup.”

“I don’t feel a thing when I’m holding his hand.”

Atlantis is cutting edge and beautiful! My only comment is the amount of time we get to hear Bridgit’s outstanding voice is too short. Otherwise, thank you for an amazing song.
