“Endless” by Deja Mae (Premiere)

After a traumatic accident that left her temporarily immobile, Deja Mae began writing music while holed up in her Los Feliz home. What began as a therapeutic outlet for recovery eventually became her new EP, Sloan, which is dropping tomorrow (February 19th). Produced by Eric Wright, the album is a solid collection of ravishing, downtempo dark pop haunted by stirring strings, trip-pop beats, brooding synths, electro effects, and a stirring vox possessed by passion. Here’s its opening track “Endless”:

“Our hearts weren’t made for sin.”
