"Feel It" by Wake Up Lucid

WUL_crosswalk_2Wake Up Lucid is from the High Desert town of Apple Valley that they like to describe as “a bathroom stop for people on their way to Vegas.” It was here amongst the Joshua trees, concrete dinosaurs, and painted sunsets that the trio of cousins crafted their batch of gritty blues rock that places them in the same brethren as fellow Angeleno acts The Diamond Light and Burning Jet Black. Their debut LP Feel It was produced by Joe Cardamone (of The Icarus Line) and is a thick slab of fearless rock ‘n’ roll. Here’s the title track:

Wake Up Lucid is releasing a split 7″ with The Dead Ships via Near Mess Records this June.

They will next perform at Blind Date Vol. 8 this Wednesday at Hotel Cafe along with Fever The Ghost and XOV.
