"The Cliff" by Emily Jane White

Emily Jane White grew up in the NorCal town of Ft. Bragg which is famous for micro-brews, glass beaches, and perpetual June Gloom. When Emily wasn’t dreaming of escaping to San Francisco or cutting her bangs, she became inspired to write songs of woe folk that cut straight to the heart. The video for her new song “The Cliff” sort of inadvertently gives a likeness to Gotye‘s viral hit video for “Somebody That I Used To Know,” (sans nudity -boo!) but it’s creative enough to stand on its own:

Her third album, aptly titled Ode To Sentience, will be released on June 12 via Antenna Farm Records.
